Banking IT Support Engineer

We are looking for an inspired IT Support Engineer who will support INTRASOFT International’s banking Product PROFITS® in Zambia. PROFITS® is a modern, On-line, Real-time, customer-oriented integrated Information system for Banking and Financial Institutions that was designed and developed using CA Gen CASE TOOL of Computer Associates.

You will…

• Engage in the provisioning of installation and technical support services to customer sites in a Software as a Service (SaaS) environment
• Provide technical consultancy to customers

You have…

• Degree in Information Technology or other relevant disciplines
• Εxperience in System administration/support
• Knowledge of Unix or Windows Operating Systems
• Familiar with Relational Databases administration and installation(e.g. Oracle, SQL Server)
• Excellent command of the English language (written & verbal)

You may have (one or more)…

• System administration: Installing/maintaining operating systems and virtualization platforms, anti-virus programs, email, Microsoft Office, etc.
• Network administration: Technical and administrative
• Backup administration: Creation and scheduling of backup scripts/jobs and review logs
• Knowledge of Client-Server and/or Web architecture
