We are looking for a motivated individual with business analytics and experience to fill position of Business Development Manager.
The successful candidate will be responsible for lead generation and business development strategies. These responsibilities include traveling overseas to set up meetings with prospective clients in order to educate them on our available products.
Once the prospective clients are qualified they will be turned over to the design / project management team. The BDM will then continue prospecting for new clients while the design team executes the project.
Essential Duties and Responsibilities
Develop and execute Lead Generation strategies
Prospect and network with business owners, architects, designers, and the real estate community
Prepare PowerPoint presentations for clients and networking groups to showcase our furniture and designs, and to promote the services we offer
Serve as primary point of contact for clients-follow up aftersale, make sure clients are satisfied,
Maintain relationships overtime
Sustain existing client relationships and build more
Skills and Education
Must be fluent and proficient in Chinese Language
Degree or Diploma in business preferred with computer literate proficient in Word, Excel, PowerPoint.
Able to train 2-5 colleagues in at least basic Chinese Language at least 2 hours daily
On site and fieldwork, full-time position
